How far do you deliver?

We deliver to Toronto, Scarborough, North York and Etobicoke. About 40km distance from our bakery. In fact, we use EJoyCity.ca for our Toronto cake delivery

How many days in advance I need to place my order for delivery?

24 hours in advance for most of our products. Except for Large cakes.

Do I need to pay tip to the driver for delivery?

NO, delivery fee already included tip, please do not pay tip to the driver

How much is the delivery fee?

$9.99 for downtown Toronto area. Outside of this region, we charge $0.8 per km, you can use our online shop to calculate delivery fee.

How about if no one is home during delivery?

The courier may leave the products at the door. If that's not your preference, you can indicate that during your online order.

Is online transaction safe?

All credit card transactions are not processed on our website. In fact, it's processed on Stripe (Credit card processing company) or Paypal. Online shop is also secured with SSL certificate.

What's the delivery window?

9:30am-1:30pm or 1pm-5pm. If delivery must be done during a specific time, please contact EJoyCity.ca
